The Arbitrum Foundation marketing team is seeking a Vertical Growth & Brand Marketing Lead who can merge traditional Web2 marketing strategies with innovative Web3 growth techniques to drive the success of projects launching on Arbitrum while growing the brand through strategic partnerships across key verticals and strengthening user conversion and retention. Your role is central to ensuring user adoption growth and success of the Arbitrum ecosystem in key verticals and driving liquidity. You will provide consultations to our partners and you will also be responsible for running growth campaigns for our partners.

Responsibilities

    • Devise growth marketing frameworks and oversee campaign designs across verticals to ensure positive ROI.
    • Drive user growth strategies for partners launching projects on Arbitrum, leveraging Web2 and Web3 marketing & engagement techniques (e.g. social campaigns, AMAs’, content creator activations, digital marketing, NFT & tokens, content crossovers, etc) 
    • Lead and conceptualize Web3 incentives growth campaigns in partnership with the partnership team, including NFTs, aligning with the partners' goals.
    • Understand partners' needs and craft solutions, serving as a consultant to fuel their growth.
    • Work closely with our community, partnership and product marketing teams to drive end to end campaigns with message cohesion.
    • Maintain open communication with external stakeholders, contributing to their GTM plans, industry research, and problem-solving while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve bigger goals for the partners.
    • Create best practices and growth programs to drive results in scale.
    • Drive iconic partnerships to drive categorical brand awareness in must-win verticals such as DeFi and gaming. 

Desired Background

    • Growth Gaming and/or Web3 professional experience is highly preferred.5+ years in full-funnel campaign design and management across growth and brand, in relation to Web2 and Web3 experiences; case study & presentation required during the interview.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem.
    • Good grasp of Web3 user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey.(Good to Have) Experience working with an NFT launchpad or directly involved in working with DeFi protocols or gaming publishers, demonstrating a creative approach to marketing strategies.
    • Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners.
    • Strongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance, yet proactive in asking questions to get things done.
    • Be able to work across time zones with global partners.
