Arbitrum today is the leading Ethereum scaling solution with dominant market share including hundreds of apps on the platform and over 50% of all rollup liquidity. 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in cultivating strategic partnerships and driving business growth with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of successfully expanding business opportunities within the enterprise sector.


    • Identify and Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with potential enterprise clients, including but not limited to financial institutions, technology companies, and other key stakeholders.
    • Develop and Execute Business Development Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business development strategies tailored to enterprise clients, aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
    • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value for both parties.
    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for business growth opportunities.
    • Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development initiatives.
    • Track and Report Key Metrics: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth within the enterprise sector.
    • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications within enterprise environments.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business development strategies.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience with blockchain-related tools and platforms is a plus.
