Why This Role Is Important To Arcadia

Arcadia is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the technologies and automations used by Arcadia’s Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, the candidate will review Arcadia’s current marketing technologies, regularly analyze data, and develop reports for the marketing and sales teams to make marketing initiatives more successful. They will work closely with marketing, sales/sales enablement, and technical stakeholders to develop processes for a high-growth marketing organization and should have exceptional problem-solving skills. This key role involves defining the marketing operations processes, managing all lead and campaign record processes and related integrations, analyzing marketing campaign performance, and ensuring our marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in lead management processes across dynamic, growth-oriented start-up organizations.  This individual will have a bias towards proactively identifying lead routing issues prior to being alerted, have a detailed eye for lead data quality, and serve as an organizational expert in Salesforce/HubSpot optimization processes and attribution best practices.


What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
- Assess Arcadia’s current marketing technologies and processes and develop recommendations to streamline operations and improve customer data management within HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Assume management responsibilities of HubSpot, including data hygiene and list management, and optimize the platform to support Arcadia’s marketing campaigns.
- Begin to partner with sales/sales enablement to ensure lead to opportunity prescribed processes are followed by all teams.
- Begin to identify and resolve technical issues proactively, including lead sync errors, data discrepancies, and others.
- Help educate team members and stakeholders on HubSpot and Salesforce lead and campaign best practices.

In 6 months
- Develop comprehensive cross-channel KPI and analytics strategy, with concrete definitions of success (KPIs) across all relevant channels.
- Manage and own email campaigns and optimize campaign performance to ensure marketing efforts are directly contributing to revenue growth.
- Identify, document, and implement process enhancements that streamline webinars, events, list uploads, emails, and campaign workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Report and analyze data that resides in channel platform to improve visibility and measurement of campaign effectiveness and insights.
- Assist with new and existing Martech evaluation, integration, and implementation/adoption.

In 12 months
- Scale our digital marketing strategy across provider and payer markets and optimize campaign delivery.
- Inform and develop advanced lead management, including lead life cycle, enrichment, quality, privacy, marketability, matching, scoring, routing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for campaign operations, process improvements, and technical solutions. Ensure non-technical teams have clear, user-friendly documentation to simplify complex procedures.
- Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and event platform management; incorporate new insights into campaign strategies and execution.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Maintain and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems to streamline operations and improve customer data management between HubSpot and Salesforce instances.
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the inside sales team on outbound marketing strategies as well as track and analyze the impact of marketing efforts on revenue and B2B customer acquisition.
    • Work cross functionally with marketing and sales teams to understand, refine, and translate business needs into the necessary lead processes.
    • Assess marketing processes and find ways to improve efficiency or quality of work. 
    • Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert of HubSpot, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the platform to support Arcadia’s marketing operations and campaigns.
    • Manage data hygiene, list management and administration of Arcadia’s HubSpot marketing automation and collaborate with Arcadia’s Salesforce Administrator to improve data transfers across CRM technologies (includes Salesforce list management for marketing campaigns).
    • Create dashboards and reports in HubSpot (or other systems) to improve visibility and measurement of campaign effectiveness and insights.
    • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, focusing on performance metrics.
    • Conduct regular analysis of marketing campaign data to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
    • Maintain documentation on processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and training purposes.
    • Identify digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity and testing opportunities that help drive the business forward.
    • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, evolving best practices in marketing technology and data privacy, competitor activity and testing opportunities that help drive the business forward.

What You'll Bring

    • BA/BS in marketing, communications, business management, or another related field.
    • 7+ years digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, B2B or regulated industry.
    • Achieved the HubSpot Marketing Software certification.
    • A strong understanding of email marketing, inbound marketing, account-based marketing, and marketing analytics.
    • Deep expertise with marketing automation and data analytic tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and 6sense.
    • Track record of translating qualitative data into recommendations and plans for lead generation and paid media campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness.
    • Strong project management skills, including production schedules, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and agency/vendor relations.
    • A proactive, investigative, detail-oriented mindset to identify and solve problems without being asked.
    • Knowledge of various project management technologies (e.g. Asana), preferably with hands-on experience.
    • Creativity and innovative thinking, always looking for new ways to engage audiences.
    • Understanding of the marketing ecosystem and processes, and knowledge of the latest technologies in the marketing field.
    • Expertise in assessing marketing processes and finding ways to improve efficiency and quality of work.  
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across various teams, including marketing, communications, creative, and sales.
    • Problem-solving approach that values research and data analysis.
