We are seeking individuals who are skilled at data analysis and able to spot the story within the numbers so we can start meaningful conversations in the healthcare market.  

Join the Customer Insights team of a healthcare data platform companycomprised of talented Data Analysts, BI Developers, and Data Scientists. You will report to a Customer Insights Data Architect and support Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and PR and Communications to produce compelling and novel narratives on timely topics relevant to our healthcare payer and provider customers.  

What success looks like  
In 3 months 
- Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model and the tools that support the Customer Insights team. 
- Obtain foundational healthcare industry knowledge, including an understanding of value-based care and population health concepts. 
 
In 6 months  
- Collaborate with marketing to tell data-driven, insightful stories on timely and trending topics, such as those in the healthcare news cycle.  
- Go beyond an analysis to draw conclusions about the “why” of the data findings, whether there are conclusions and informed inferences that can be drawn from the data findings, etc.  

In 12 months  
- Establish cross-functional relationships with product and operations stakeholders to deepen data sources and enrich marketing narratives.  
- Contribute to the ideation and identification of opportunities to leverage Arcadia’s data in support of industry thought leadership. 

What You'll Be Doing

    • Prepare, analyze, and visualize tens of millions of records of healthcare data to uncover novel insights on trending healthcare topics and help identify and articulate customer success stories. 
    • Collaborate with marketing on data analytics projects and topics that fuel the company’s external storytelling.  
    • Help non-technical staff and data analytics laypersons interpret, understand, contextualize, and accurately describe the output of data analysis for a variety of external audiences. 
    • Showcase the impact of Arcadia’s products through ad-hoc data pulls and ROI analyses that prove value and demonstrate demand for specific solutions.  
    • Manage and maintain a set of benchmark data that’s used regularly by marketing. 

What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field 
    • 2+ years of experience doing data analysis 
    • Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL 
    • Ability to develop and troubleshoot python code 
    • Ability to present data in PPT format 
    • Fast learner, creative problem solver, and voraciously inquisitive   
    • Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

Would Love For You To Have

    • BI application skills and experience preferred 
    • Healthcare experience preferred (e.g., health system, provider group, health tech vendor) 
    • Understanding of basic marketing principles and storytelling is a bonus (e.g., judgement over what is novel and/or marketable)
