Sales – Product Marketing Lead

Arceo is searching for an experienced Product Marketing Lead to join the marketing team as a founding member. You will craft bold plans to take our products to market and drive customer adoption. From differentiated product stories to sales enablement, you will actively contribute to establishing Arceo’s unique voice in the market. In this role, you will partner with Arceo’s founders and stakeholders in Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to translate technical features into product and business content that highlights the unique value of Arceo and its platform to prospects, customers, partners and market influencers. The content produced will have a direct impact on our external communication plans, our web presence and sales campaigns. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the full range of marketing functions – PR, web operations, campaigns, sales enablement and partner marketing. Our company is innovating at a rapid pace and the ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit with a successful track record of developing content and executing on product marketing.

You have a deep intellectual curiosity to master new technologies or industries. You are comfortable navigating business and technical meetings with fierce focus to drive conversations towards actions and results. You are a self-starter, motivated by joining a startup with big ambitions where you will need to reach beyond your core responsibilities to build something that is new to the current security or insurance markets. 


Responsibilities
Product Content Develop and maintain product-related content for Arceo’s website, collateral, presentations, videos and other market facing contentWork across several aspects of marketing to provide product related content – from positioning to targeted outreach, Go-to-Market strategy, campaigns, advocacy, events and communication 
Sales enablementSupport sales efforts with relevant content and compelling messages that win over prospectsParticipate in sales campaigns including event support, prospect meetings, product demo and product-related pitchesWork with Go-to-Market working group to help refine ideal customer profiles and targeted audiences for various sales campaigns
Thought leadershipEvangelize our products to the market, customers, partners and influencers and how they contribute to our vision for a safer digital world Collaborate with our founders and spokespeople to craft thought provoking stories and speaking abstracts that drive interest in Arceo


Qualifications 
5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS; knowledge of cybersecurity, insurance or analytics markets preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proven track record of marketing innovative solutions with the ability to distill complex technologies into simple stories and value propositions that are compelling, easy to understand and relevant to targeted audiences
Experience planning and launching new offerings
Hands-on fluency in new and traditional communication and marketing tools – video, blogs, Google Suite, marketing automation and more
