Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Full Time is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to manage GTM launches, own our positioning and messaging and support our sales team's enterprise motion—including creating sales enablement materials for different customer personas and business types—and collaborate with the team as well as external partners on go-to-market activities. This role will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Job Description:

In this role you will:

+ Own and advance our positioning as a Cloud Resource Automation Solution by developing targeted messaging for different segments, use cases, and target verticals.

+ Create and share a deep understanding of the customer by identifying their goals, challenges, and buying behaviors. Develop and flesh out core personas and create compelling content to speak to those personas, particularly technical cloud users and IT executives, in partnership with the product and sales team.

+ Work with the Sales team to develop impactful enablement materials and arm the team to strongly position us against competitors and close deals successfully. Own new product and feature launches and promotions in collaboration with the Product team.

+ Help drive deeper engagement of our product through a variety of educational content—blog posts, product tips, best practice guides, white papers, video tutorials and more, all of which you will need to be Very Hands On in producing.

+ Own and manage customer and competitive insights to inform product and marketing roadmap.

Ideal Candidate:

We consider the following things to be critical to your success:

+5-7 years successful product and content marketing experience in the cloud solutions/cloud infrastructure space. 

+Passion for telling stories and narratives in a manner that resonates with, and engages our customers.

+Staying abreast of marketing trends including cloud solutions, cloud operations, and cloud innovations space. Deep familiarity and interest in keeping up with the current marketing stack. 

+Proven ability to explain both complex technical concepts in a simple and holistic way that can be embraced by both technical and business audiences.

+Exceptional communication chops including strong verbal, written and influencer skills. Sharing slide decks you’ve authored, and links to published writing samples will be required.

+Some past experience at fast-paced, hyper-growth startups preferred.
