We are looking for a player-coach, enterprise seller to lead our current sales team to expand our footprint within enterprise customers of AWS cloud infrastructure across North America.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

+Understand and zealously advocate for the needs of the customers across IT, leadership and finance within enterprise businesses (especially technical stakeholders with AWS-specific requirements)

+ Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory (North America)

+ Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and customer savings targets.

+ Develop and execute against a territory plan, while coaching Jr. AEs within your territory

+ Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.

+ Articulate compelling value propositions around Reserved.ai services.

+Maintain a robust sales pipeline (including deep collaboration with Product marketing, partnerships and demand generation)

+Work with partners such as partner Sales Teams to extend reach & drive adoption.

+ Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction & engagement

+Keep management informed in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketing.

+Track customer activity in internal Salesforce in order to execute sales strategy and identify additional opportunities.

+Provide customer demos, product training and webinars as necessary to ensure customer success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

+Previous experience utilizing partners, channels and alliances to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota.

+ You have sold and supported similar complex solution software and have experience in any of the following: IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, financial management, security, business applications and/or analytics.

+Measurable track record in new business development and over achieving sales targets

+Experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions through consensus sales and ability to adapt in fast-changing environments

+Experience in successfully selling during market creation phase

+Modern application architecture (micro-services, cloud & Kubernetes) understanding
