We currently have two products:
 
1. Archive App is the only Shopify App that automatically detects & saves Instagram posts, stories, and reels your brand gets tagged in.

2. Archive Communities is a service that builds & scales nano-influencer communities for consumer brands. Archive is building a world-class team led by successful serial entrepreneurs with Stanford computer science backgrounds.

Archive has raised over $12M from Tiger Global, Stripe, Human Capital, Battery Ventures, Lux Capital, Anti Fund, and over 50+ founders & executives at companies like Attentive, Brex, and Ramp.

About the Role
Archive is looking for someone to build a Business Operations function and muscle. This person will bring data insights, commercial strategy, and operational expertise to the team. This person will have a front-row seat as they help take the company through the major milestones of building a successful startup and provide the strategic insight and analysis needed to solve critical business problems across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who wants to apply an analytical, strategic toolkit to a growing, fast-paced, startup environment.

What excites you?

    • Partner with the founders to build a people-first, high-performance culture
    • Draft external and internal executive communications, including board decks, fundraising materials, and all-hands updates; manage the board meeting preparation process

What We’re Looking For

    • 1-3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally at top-tier management consulting firm or BizOps / Growth / Product role at high-growth startup
    • Experience with or strong intellectual curiosity around e-commerce, influencer marketing, or B2B SaaS
    • Self-starter and fast learner, especially in ambiguity: you’ll need to define your own role at times and fill in gaps wherever needed
    • Analytical and data-driven and / or technical degree (e.g. computer science, engineering, hard sciences, etc.) from top university
    • Sharp at problem-solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking
    • Structured communicator, both verbal and written
    • Comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences
    • A master at giving and receiving feedback — an important part of our culture
    • Thrive in an asynchronous, memo based culture — you excel at framing up issues & proposed solutions, decisions and strategy in writing
    • Full-time in Miami preferred, open to East Coast time zone
