We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team in our Bogotá office. In this role, you’ll create content, engage with our audience, and help shape a social presence that’s authentic and reflects our voice.

Key Responsibilities

    • Own and manage the content calendar across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
    • Create and publish engaging, on-brand content using a mix of human creativity and AI tools
    • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy
    • Respond to comments, messages, and conversations with a friendly, authentic voice
    • Share product updates, influencer marketing tips, and social media insights in engaging formats
    • Contribute ideas to improve our community experience and drive deeper engagement

Requirements

    • 1–2 years of full-time marketing experience
    • Available for full-time, in-office work (Monday–Friday)
    • Demonstrated experience in social media content creation, ideally at an agency or brand
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation
    • Comfortable using tools like Notion, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards
    • Strong communicator who collaborates easily across teams
