We're looking for an Event Producer to join our team in New York City. In this role, you'll bring creative event concepts to life through flawless execution, vendor management, and hands-on leadership. You'll produce everything from intimate VIP dinners to large-scale conference activations that generate buzz and drive leads for our growing business.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experiential marketing or event production experience
- Based in NYC and available for hands-on, in-person event execution
- Track record of producing buzz-worthy activations that generated significant PR, social media attention, or media coverage
- Proven experience managing event vendors, contractors, and technical production elements
- Comfortable with AV setup, staging, and troubleshooting technical issues during live events
- Experience managing event budgets and optimizing costs while maintaining quality
- Scrappy, fast-moving approach that prioritizes execution over corporate processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with vendors, attendees, and stakeholders
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience producing events for SaaS or tech companies
- Familiarity with lead nurturing sequences and event follow-up processes
Key Responsibilities
- Execute event concepts from initial planning through post-event wrap-up, managing budgets from $5K-$100K+
- Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and contractors to deliver exceptional event experiences
- Handle all event logistics including venue coordination, technical setup, and on-site troubleshooting
- Lead events on-site, building relationships with attendees and representing the Archive brand
- Collaborate with our creative director and sales team to ensure events drive both brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage multiple concurrent events with varying scales, timelines, and requirements
- Solve problems quickly and creatively when things don't go according to plan
