About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic growth lead to unlock potential on proven and new platforms; maximizing new customers and revenue. You will own the strategy and execution of all campaigns and experimentations to grow new users and retain existing users. This role will involve direct ownership of core KPIs, as well as the day-to-day management of the channels that will drive them. You’ll work very closely with Engineering, Design, and company Leadership to achieve maximum business impact.

    • Defining and driving strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives that enable the marketing, communications, and partnerships teams to accelerate growth.
    • Ownership of digital marketing strategies across paid, social, and SEM
    • Analyzing and reporting on campaigns performance
    • Owning the ideation, prioritization, and execution of channel launches & optimizations to drive growth.
    • Develop and launch new experiments; collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and Content Strategy teams. 
    • Defining audiences and behavioral triggers, helping write campaign copy, and measuring the results.

Qualifications

    • 5 years of experience in growth marketing, driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and go-to-market strategy
    • Strong quantitative skills with experience in analyzing raw data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations
    • Ability to build growth projects and analyze/optimize results by leveraging SQL queries
    • Hands-on experience driving campaigns on social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok). Experience managing mobile user acquisition strongly preferred.
    • The ability to understand your audience's needs and create impactful copy.
    • Strong cross-functional skills and experience working with Product, Engineering, Design and Communications teams.
    • Experience with SQL preferred but not required.
