As a key member of the Design team, you will own a dedicated product domain to help scale and enhance our innovative influencer marketing platform while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and develop new features that drive value for our customers.

Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in product design
    • Proven experience working with SaaS products
    • Proven track record of improving and scaling products actively used by customers
    • Deep understanding of user needs through direct customer interactions
    • Technical proficiency and comfort working with engineering teams
    • Strong ownership mentality and proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Systems thinking approach to design scalability
    • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage every stage of the product lifecycle, from customer engagement to feature development
    • Lead and collaborate within a pod of engineers to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery
    • Create practical, scalable features that are easy to implement and maintain
    • Develop rapid prototypes and MVPs using modern tools and AI
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to gather and implement user feedback
    • Maintain consistency across all product features while avoiding unnecessary complexity
    • Align design decisions with high-level product strategy and vision
