As a key member of the Design team, you will own a dedicated product domain to help scale and enhance our innovative influencer marketing platform while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and develop new features that drive value for our customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- Proven experience working with SaaS products
- Proven track record of improving and scaling products actively used by customers
- Deep understanding of user needs through direct customer interactions
- Technical proficiency and comfort working with engineering teams
- Strong ownership mentality and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Systems thinking approach to design scalability
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage every stage of the product lifecycle, from customer engagement to feature development
- Lead and collaborate within a pod of engineers to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery
- Create practical, scalable features that are easy to implement and maintain
- Develop rapid prototypes and MVPs using modern tools and AI
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to gather and implement user feedback
- Maintain consistency across all product features while avoiding unnecessary complexity
- Align design decisions with high-level product strategy and vision
