About the role

Archive is looking for a partnerships manager to build out a first of a kind partnerships ecosystem. We are looking for someone who loves developing partnership strategies, negotiating, and being a relationship owner capable of managing senior executive-level partner counterparts. This person will play a key role in go-to-market strategies requiring close collaboration with our Engineering, Design, Growth, and Account Management teams. organizationsFocused on strategic relationships and scalability, you will build go-to-market strategies for long term revenue creation. This is initially an individual contributor role; however, strong performers may have the opportunity to hire additional team members as the impact and demands of scaled partners grow.

What excites you?

    • Developing and leading strategic business engagements with external partners to surface new opportunities across different industry verticals.
    • Identifying and creatively scoping new partnership opportunities, and managing the end to end process from the original pitch to growing the partnership.
    • Assembling key partner engagement metrics and monitoring across initiative life cycle.
    • Closing deals oriented around driving long-term value over immediate revenue.

Qualifications

    • 3+ years of relevant work experience (partnerships, business development, strategy, emerging technologies).
    • Knowledge of the online shopping industry, particularly with marketplaces & enterprise marketplace sellers and brands.
    • Proven ability of working cross functionally with a variety of partners (Engineering, Content, Legal, Marketing, Finance, etc).
    • Ability to translate data into clear narratives, operational strategies, and recommendations.
    • Strong presentation skills across internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
