Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Senior Manager of Asset Protection & Resilience Operations, you will lead the centralization of new and existing processes, policies, and programs across all functions within the Asset Protection & Resilience organization. You will work collaboratively across the entire business to ensure a consistent framework is followed throughout the Asset Protection & Resilience strategy. You will lead the implementation of new platforms, help manage vendor expectations and play an active role on the broader Asset Protection and Resilience leadership team. This role will also identify and socialize meaningful reporting and KPI’s with the Arc’teryx leadership team to make informed, actionable decisions.
 
This leader will help set the future direction of our Asset Protection & Resilience organization through the strategic planning of resources, investments, and capabilities. This role will play an active part in several risk-based projects across the business leading to future growth opportunities by building partnerships and working cross functionally.
 
This role can be hired remote. Business operations occur on PDT time zone (Infers no Relocation/visa sponsorship).


Meet Your Future Team:

The Asset Protection & Resilience team is responsible for the mitigation of risk and reduction of losses across the entire business. This team operates across Retail, eCommerce, Corporate Offices, and Supply Chain to ensure the safety and security of all Arc’teryx assets. The Asset Protection & Resilience team is tasked with continually improving the consumer and employee experience while mitigating risks through the implementation of tools, policies, and awareness. This team works closely with every function of the broader organization to achieve this mission. 

If you were in the Senior Manager, Asset Protection & Resilience Operations role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

    • Driving the centralization framework of all Asset Protection & Resilience components
    • Identifying data needs and create Asset Protection & Resilience reporting standards
    • Leading, driving and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders on risk-based projects
    • Creating and standardizing risk-based policies, procedures, and programs across the broader business
    • Leading the implementation of new risk mitigating tools and platforms while supporting the vendor management process
    • Working closely with cross functional partners and the Asset Protection Director to create short and long-term strategies
    • Leading, coaching and inspiring teams across the business to drive risk mitigation awareness

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

    • Determining our strategic technology investments to maintain effectiveness as the business grows
    • Implementing a new exception-based reporting and case management platform
    • Supporting the creation of threat intelligence and business continuity procedures
    • Establishing shrink mitigation programs, definitions and procedures
    • Enabling the necessary support strategy across EMEA and APAC 

Are you our next Senior Manager, Asset Protection & Resilience Operations?

    • You have 10+ years of Asset Protection, Enterprise Resilience, or Corporate Security experience, preferably in the retail industry
    • You have dedicated experience in program management, technology implementation, and operational best practices  
    • You have demonstrated experience in identifying and reporting relevant, actionable data
    • You have the relevant education and industry certifications needed to expertly lead a complex fraud function
    • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
    • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
    • You are effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
    • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
    • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right

$122,000 - $152,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$122,000 - CAD$152,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. 

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
