Location: North Vancouver, BC - This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, and is open to hybrid remote work
Work Arrangement: Flexible, between in-office and home
Pay Range:$44,700 - $55,100; pay is dependent on year of study and related experience
Duration: Eight (8) months, Jan 5, 2026 – August 14, 2026
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F
Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
The Wholesale Trade Marketing & Events Co-Op Student is responsible for supporting and executing marketing campaigns, delivering assets and tools, and coordinating event planning and logistics to deliver a strong Arc’teryx PRO brand presence across key wholesale accounts and events. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing strategy, event planning, graphic design, and brand communications, with a strong focus on supporting our wholesale partners and B2B initiatives.
You are proactive, creative and entrepreneurial. You possess strong attention to detail, are organized and able to prioritize multiple deliverables. You deeply understand the mission and values of our partners and with that knowledge you seek to create opportunities for brand collaboration and community engagement with our end-users.
In this role you will learn and/or use the following technology: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, Salesforce

If you were the Wholesale Trade Marketing & Events Co-Op Student now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Assisting in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to professional end users
- Supporting the creation of sales tools, product sheets, and promotional materials for our wholesale partners and sales team
- Helping to manage our content calendar and contribute to email marketing and social media efforts
- Coordinating logistics for global and regional trade shows, dealer-owned events and owned activations
- Assisting with event ideation and planning and vendor coordination
- Capturing and reporting on event performance and engagement metrics
- Designing ad-hoc visual assets including product education PDFs, digital banners, print collateral, and presentation decks
- Supporting the team in auditing and ensuring brand consistency across all materials and sales tools
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors on creative production
- Maintaining wholesale partner portals and marketing asset libraries
- Supporting seasonal product launches and merchandising efforts

- You will also build relationships and understanding of the cross functional ecosystem related to wholesale and how it impacts our key partners
Are you our next Wholesale Trade Marketing & Events Co-Op Student?
- You are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field from an accredited university or college
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva
- You have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to connect, influence and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- You are confident managing multiple priorities with specific deadlines.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
- You have some experience with ERP (e.g. SAP) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce) software.
- You are willing and able to undertake travel obligations within Canada and the US, comprising up to 10% of their designated work hours as necessitated by job demands.
- You are curious and proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
- You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration.
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement.

$44,700 - $55,100 a year
Individual pay is determined by factors such as program of study, year of study, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
