Guest Services Application Form

  • This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. We are open weekdays during regular business hours (8-4, 9-5). Please let us know your availability.
  • This is a temporary position running until March 31, 2026. Are you willing to fulfill the duration of the season?
  • If you can only support part of the season, please define your availability.
  • This role is based in our North Vancouver office. Are you a commutable distance from the office and available to be onsite based on the needs of the business?
  • What start date works best for you? Since these start dates align with group seasonal training dates, we do not have any additional start dates available. Select more than one if you are flexible.
  • Do you have any time off planned during the seasonal period? If so, what dates? We cannot guarantee time off if not pre-approved ahead of time. Please ensure you have reviewed the “Expectations” requirements at the bottom of the job description.
  • How comfortable are you using call center technology and basic computer programs?
  • Please self-assess your fluency in English on a scale of 1-5.
  • Please self-assess your fluency in French on a scale of 1-5. We offer additional compensation for individuals who are bilingual in French, this will not impact your eligibility for hire but will be assessed during the interview process if you do self-select that you are bilingual.
  • Have you ever been previously employed by Arc'teryx or parent company Amer Sports?
  • Are you currently legally authorized to work in Canada?
  • Do you now, or will you in the future, require sponsorship for employment visa status?
  • If you are currently on a work permit, are there any restrictions we should be aware of? Please note any work permit end dates or maximum employable hours.
