Guest Services Application Form

How comfortable are you using call center technology and basic computer programs?✱
- 1 - Beginner - I am unfamiliar with using workplace technology like call center phone systems, CRM platforms, or Microsoft Office tools. I often rely on others to complete digital tasks or navigate software.
- 2 - Elementary - I can complete simple tasks such as answering calls, entering basic information into CRM software, or creating simple documents in Word or Excel. However, I need support when using more advanced features or troubleshooting issues.
- 3 - Intermediate - I can use call center systems, CRM software, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with confidence for everyday tasks. I can follow instructions, solve minor issues, and work independently with familiar tools.
- 4 - Advanced - I use workplace technology comfortably and efficiently. I can navigate CRM systems, handle multiple communication tools, and use MS Office features (e.g., formulas in Excel, formatting in Word) to complete more complex tasks. I can assist others and adapt quickly to new tools.
- 5 - Expert - I am highly confident using a wide range of workplace technologies. I can fully utilize CRM and call center platforms, leverage advanced MS Office functions, troubleshoot problems, and train or support others in using technology effectively.
