Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:  

As the Senior Employer Brand Strategist, you are a key global team member responsible for creating the employer brand content strategy across all communication platforms. You will be responsible for bringing that strategy to life by executing with key partner support, inclusive of both internal and external partners. This role is critical to the power of our collective; our employee experience, and connection to the brand is paramount.
 
This role sits in the Talent Acquisition team and partners directly with the global Brand team and across the enterprise, including commercial, IS, P&C, Finance, Product Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Athletes, Ambassadors, and Insights teams to identify new and creative ways to share our most impactful employer brand stories with our communities. You will work collaboratively with the Brand Communications team and lead strategy globally with partners in North America, EMEA and APAC, as well as external agencies.
 
You are a collaborative, creative thinker who is an expert at content strategy, generating materials and support needed to share employer stories from across the brand. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Reporting to the Program Manager, Talent Acquisition you will work closely with a team of energetic, personable, and collaborative recruiters who are focused on attracting and selecting the very best candidates for our corporate, manufacturing and retail teams while ensuring an incredible candidate experience every step of the way. 

We support Arc’teryx’s global footprint which includes Offices in North Vancouver, Munich, Ogden, Tokyo, Hong Kong and others within NAM, EMEA and APAC.

If you were in the Senior Employer Brand Strategist role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

    • Collaborating with cross-functional partners and external agencies to create and deliver content.
    • Partnering with our Brand/Social teams to deliver our content strategy throughout all social channels.
    • Creating and delivering our LinkedIn strategy, and developing relevant metrics and making data-driven decisions
    • Researching and recommending new strategies and tactics as necessary, bringing a creative, outside-the-box way of thinking, and doing things
    • Partnering with our Total Rewards, Talent Management and EDI teams to externally communicate programs and initiatives that impact our employees.
    • Working cross-functionally to craft and define our Employee Value Propositions (EVPs) and effectively highlight these across all internal and external channels.
    • Tracking engagement KPIs and continually evaluating the effectiveness of our strategy and content
    • Creating an effective and scalable employer brand strategy
    • Working with the creative team to ensure proper brand aesthetic and brand experience across all content
    • Working in collaboration with the People and Culture team to ensure relevant conversations and considerations are integrated into everything we create, with a firm commitment to EDI, Sustainability and our Purpose and Values.
    • Managing relationships with external partners, identifying impactful job fairs, trade shows and engagements for the Talent team to attend, and preparing our participation.
    • Identifying, hiring, managing, and filling our copywriting needs with appropriate resources. 
    • Partnering with the Employee Experience team on storytelling 
    • Helping organize asset collection and delivery and identifying and leading creation of new assets as needed

Are you our next Senior Employer Brand Strategist?

    • You have experience building employer brand content strategies and executing the plan
    • You have 5+ years’ experience in communications, digital or brand marketing, with a focus on employer branding
    • You have led or supported planning for the creation, delivery, and governance of useful, usable, and effective content.
    • You are collaborative and great at working cross-functionally, informing key stakeholders and bringing them along for the greater vision or objective.
    • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
    • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
    • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration.
    • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement.
    • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right. 
$91,000 - $114,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $91,000 - $114,000 CAD at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
