The Product Manager, ERP – Finance conducts the design and deployment of SAP S4 FI/CO solutions by leading project and operational teams in aligning business needs with module and solution functions. You are actively involved in project phases and technological solution support. You will operate closely with business counterparts to design and create SAP solutions which will enable and improve business processes to facilitate business goals and strategies. Our operating environment is SAP S4 Hana Fashion and Vertical Business Solution which is connected to SAP CAR, IBP and ECC AFS.

The ERP and Business Applications department is comprised of a team of technical professionals and subject matter experts who know and understand the tools that we use to support the business. We strategically define business cases, prioritize projects, and deliver ERP and Commercial projects, ensuring that dependencies are mapped out and sequenced to deliver the overall Tech Roadmap. Together, we host, manage, and improve a range of technical tools for all aspects of design, business, finance, logistics, global sales, and many other heroes within the organization. 

If you were the Product Manager, ERP - Finance, now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

    • Providing supervision, management, oversight and mentorship to a team of Functional Consultants ensuring the highest quality solutions are implemented in accordance with best practices
    • Facilitating the implementation, enhancement and support of SAP landscape and associated relevant modules
    • Assigning prioritizing and coordinating work to team members
    • Maintaining ongoing collaboration with product owners, business stakeholders and peers to gather and interpret user/system requirements, pain points and process issues. Developing and maintaining prioritization aligned with our product strategy
    • Communicating regular status reporting of the products to all product stakeholders
    • Monitoring and providing performance feedback to team members
    • Providing input to the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights to optimize financial planning for the products
    • Ensuring team members are following documentation, best-practice and change management standards within Arc’teryx
    • Ensuring 2nd/3rd level support and liaising with key users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
    • Maintaining updated knowledge on SAP best-practices, roadmap and technologies to provide informed architectural and design decisions

    • Partnering with Retail, and e-commerce leaders in Tech to deliver highly cross functional projects
    • Working with internal and external partners to deliver new finance solutions for business
    • Contributing to the overall development of the Tech roadmap with the Director ERP & Business Applications
    • Solving complex problems with peers in SAP to meet continuing developing business needs
    • Looking for ways to automate and reduce nonvalue added tasks
    • Partnering with our Logistics, Omnichannel and Sourcing teams to produce results

Are you our next Product Manager, ERP – Finance?

    • You have a bachelor’s degree in information technology or relevant Business qualification or equivalent
    • You have a professional accounting designation (CPA)
    • You have 8+ years of SAP Finance/Controlling Functional experience including configuration (proven track record)
    • You have 5+ years of Management experience leading an SAP Finance Functional team including managing SAP Finance projects (active examples of change management, implementing new SAP Finance functionality, SAP upgrades, etc.)
    • You have 5+ years’ experience in SAP S4 systems implementation and sustainment
    • You have thorough knowledge of General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Special Purpose Ledger (FI-SL), Cost element accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, SAP Digital Payment Add On (DPAO), SAP Customer Cloud Payment (CCP) among others
    • You have very strong knowledge of integration between Finance and other functional modules including Sales & Distributions, Materials Management, etc.
    • You have strong knowledge of SAP reporting tools including query, report writer, BI and Fiori apps
    • You have experience and familiarization working with Solution manager and SAP methodology
    • You are an excellent collaborator while also able to work effectively with a team
    • You are adaptable and forward thinking
    • You are able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • You are able to travel internationally as required
    • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
    • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
    • You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
    • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
$104,000 - $130,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$104,000 - CAD$130,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
