Our commercial print & mail company is seeking a Print Operator to join their team. This is an onsite, temp-to-hire role that has the opportunity for full-time hire. Working hours are 6:00am-2:00pm with opportunities for overtime weekly.

The Print Operator will support various types of equipment, office and warehouse fulfillment with high output in production and personalization. This person will be reading job orders with a high amount of variance so attention to detail is imperative. We are seeking a hardworking, dedicated candidate who is self-motivated, reliable, receptive to direction and is able to work with all employees; from our seasonal staff to the COO. Safety is a primary focus in this position.


    • In depth knowledge of ink jet printers. Wide format, Grand format and various direct to substrate, or direct to garment printers. 
    • Knowledge of laser printers 
    • Understanding color management. Experience building color profiles is a plus. 
    • Knowledge of off line equipment; cutters, laminating equipment, etc. 
    • Experience in a high volume Production or Warehouse environment. 
    • Ability to prioritize 
    • Self-starter, highly motivated.
