Armory is looking for a Customer Success Engineer who can deliver and prove value to our rapidly growing customer base. If you love working in a fast paced environment, wearing multiple hats and working closely with customers to provide them with solutions that add a ton of value, let's talk.

As an CS Engineer at Armory, you are a Solutions Architect or Cloud Engineer that is highly technical and confident in front of customers. You can talk about developer tooling with ease and explain the value proposition to audiences ranging from Individual Contributors (IC’s) all the way up to management (CIO's).

As the primary technical owner of customer implementations, you are comfortable installing Armory’s Enterprise Platform in a variety of private and public clouds and are able to customize solutions based on each customers individual needs. Among other responsibilities, you should be passionate about writing documentation or blog posts to help current and future customers.

Do you have experience with some or most of the below? We'd love to talk!

    • 4+ years experience as a Solutions Architect and/or Cloud Architecture experience
    • Strong Project Management skills
    • Strong public or private cloud architecture experience
    • Advanced hands-on experience with shifting companies from monoliths to the cloud: AWS as preferred experience, GCP and Azure experience highly valued
    • Strong experience using tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, DockerHub and other products that sit in the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Blue/Green Deployments and Canary Deployments is highly valuable. It’s also a huge plus if you are familiar with OSS Spinnaker and are part of the Spinnaker community.

This role does require travel to client sites. You will be based out of and on-boarded at our HQ, but we estimate you will be offsite at customer offices around 50-70% of the time after you are brought up to speed. The travel requirement will lessen over time as we build out the team. We are also open to this position being remote.
