What We Need:
Arootah is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our hiring needs across internal roles and full-time and fractional roles for Arootah’s clients. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting and build talent pipelines for top-tier engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and technology professionals, with an emphasis in the financial services industry. Arootah is a fast-paced, roll-up your sleeves environment, that needs a Senior Technical Recruiter with a growth mind-set and motivated to excel.
Who You Are
- · You are a skilled recruiter with a proven ability to source and hire top talent in fast-paced environments
- · You excel in managing multiple priorities, building pipelines, and supporting a variety of hiring needs
- · You have ATS experience (Lever a plus) and other recruitment tools to track and report hiring metrics and analytics
- · You have experience within the Alternative Investments, Fintech, or the broader financial services industry
- · You are proactive, driven, and detail oriented
Qualifications
- 5 + years of full-cycle technical recruiting within the financial services industry; alternative investments experience preferred
- · Proven track record successfully hiring for roles in software engineering, data science, cloud infrastructure, cyber, and related technical domains
- · A mix of In-house and Agency recruitment experience is required
- · Bachelors Degree in finance, business, human resources or similar
- · Proficient with Lever or similar ATS platforms
- · Skilled in direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking
- · Ability to manage multiple searches with precision and efficiency
- · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to hiring.
$125,000 - $150,000 a year
The estimated base salary for this role is $125,000 – $150,000 base salary + performance-based incentives + participation in our Revenue Sharing & Equity Plan (RSEP)—a unique wealth-building program that offers revenue-sharing distributions and equity participation, aligning incentives and enabling all employees to share in the company’s ongoing success and potential future liquidity events.

This is a remote position (though we expect this person to be based in the NYC Metro area), and we are a fully remote organization at present other than meetings in NYC and seminars and various events / networking opportunities that are done in NYC and elsewhere. However, we are in the process of establishing a physical office space in NYC to promote collaboration, cultural enhancement and client facing opportunities. While we recognize that there are major pros to remote work, we also recognize the value of in-person connection and are embracing a hybrid approach for those who we feel it makes the best sense for in the organization. Our goal is to create an environment that best supports our mission that will include both remote excellence and meaningful in-person engagement.
