What We Need:
We are seeking a Client Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition Sales to drive growth for our talent acquisition services. This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on outbound prospecting, qualification, and closing new business. Reporting directly to the Global Director – Revenue Strategy & Growth, this individual contributor will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to generate pipeline and deliver results. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales acumen, understands how to position premium talent acquisition services to senior decision-makers, and is excited by the opportunity to grow a critical vertical within a dynamic firm.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for talent acquisition services: outbound prospecting, discovery, qualification, proposal development, and closing.
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive awareness and interest in Arootah’s talent acquisition offerings.
- Partner with marketing on lead generation and demand creation initiatives tailored to talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot), ensuring visibility into funnel health and sales forecasting specifically for talent acquisition services.
- Represent the firm with credibility and professionalism to financial services executives and high-performance individuals in the talent acquisition field.
- Maintain clear reporting on activity, outreach efforts, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct market research to refine personas and identify whitespace opportunities in talent acquisition.
- Provide feedback to leadership and product teams on market needs, objections, and emerging trends within talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in talent acquisition, recruitment, professional services, or financial services verticals.
- Demonstrated success prospecting and closing complex deals with senior executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with accountability for pipeline generation and revenue goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Deep interest in talent acquisition and human resources strongly preferred.
$140,000 - $165,000 a year
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Base salary range: $140,000–$165,000
