About the role:
We are looking for someone who has experience in Microsoft Sales Operations to cover maternity leave. Your responsibilities will include setting up bid or no bid calls and documenting them thoroughly. You'll also craft profile overviews highlighting key resources for our consulting team in tender submissions.

Your role involves sourcing or creating relevant case studies and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) for resource augmentation and extensions. You'll manage T&Cs for new customers and run weekly Pipeline meetings to forecast contract start dates. Additionally, you'll create weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records for Opportunities, Products, Projects, Resources, Budgets, and Assignments. Your tasks also include creating and organizing resource profiles for efficient access and use.

    • Admin support for ADs
    • Travel booking
    • Resource Profile Management

About you:

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
    • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
