About the role:
As a HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our business in all aspects of HR, from managing stakeholders to assisting in implementing people solutions and case management. This may include the management of employee relations matters, conduct and underperformance matters and workplace complaints. You will play an active role in supporting cyclical business events, including the annual performance development process, which includes objective setting, performance reviews, and development plans. You'll also get to participate in impactful HR projects.

Reporting to a Business Partner and working collaboratively with a dedicated team of HR Advisors, you will enjoy building trusted and valued relationships with your group of stakeholders.

About you:

    • Experience working in a similar HR Advisor role in professional services or a complex organization
    • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
    • Experience managing employee relations cases
    • Experience in performance management
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Can work autonomously and as part of a team
    • Has in-depth knowledge of employment law and Modern Awards
    • Has demonstrated experience managing complex and challenging stakeholders
    • Has strong relationship management and influencing skills
    • Has excellent communication skills and a customer-focused, results-oriented mindset
    • Is innovative and creative when it comes to problem-solving, with the ability to think conceptually and tolerate ambiguity
