About the role:
As the Application Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Application services to a portfolio of clients across ANZ. This role requires strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of Application maintenance & development lifecycle, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both senior stakeholders and software Engineers.
In this role, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of managed services to multiple clients, ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). This involves orchestrating the entire service delivery process, from initial client engagement to ongoing support and maintenance.
A critical aspect of the role is leading a team of Managed Services professionals. You'll provide comprehensive guidance, support, and mentorship to empower them to perform at their best and deliver exceptional results. By fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team, you consistently meet and exceed customer expectations, driving high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
About you:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the managed services industry
- Experience in managed services delivery, with a strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs), ITIL framework, and industry best practices
- Fundamental knowledge of Azure and AWS principles.
- Understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, and software as a service
- Strong understanding of managed services concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and proactive risk management
- Experience in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and project execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
