About the role:
If you're a driven, experienced sales leader with a passion for Managed Services and helping businesses succeed, then this could be the perfect role for you. 

As the Managed Services National Sales Leader, you will lead a team responsible for the Sales, Offerings, and Solution Design of Managed Services throughout Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining all Service Offerings, ensuring sales collateral is current, and driving contract renewals and expansion of NCS's existing client base. 

But that's not all - as the Managed Services National Sales Leader, you will also work closely with the Markets and Professional Services teams to identify, shape, and close Managed Services opportunities as part of the cross-sell and up-sell of Professional Services engagements.

About you:

    • Previous experience in a similar role in IT Services Sales Leadership in a Managed Services or Professional Services provider
    • Demonstrable IT Services Sales experience across Enterprise and Government clients with focus on Managed Services
    • Experience in Managed Services Service Lines including Cloud Operations, Data Management, Application Management, Testing Management, Security Services and Digital Workplace
    • Ability to challenge senior leadership and team and influence outcomes on client solutions, platform operating models, and technology design choices - practiced in large and complex organizations
    • Thought leadership on architectural best-practices computing, trends impacting the Managed Services industry, data strategy implementation, and how Managed Services must react to evolving disruptions and business model changes
