Our Data Engineers have the ability to work with business people in a collaborative application design and development environment. We build strong interpersonal relations with clients and suppliers, and we work with the power of ideas rather than mandates.
We are looking for a skilled AWS Data Engineers with strong technical skills that include design and data modelling on complex enterprise environments and Cloud enablers and cross-industry sector experience.
About you:
- Previous experience developing and implementing data solutions at an enterprise level.
- Strong consulting and problem-solving skills
- Strong skills in Python and SQL
- Applied knowledge of CI/CD concepts and deployment of data solutions
- Knowledge of database architecture, administration, integration and development
- Data modelling skills, including a strong foundation in data warehousing concepts, data normalization, and dimensional data modelling.
- Experience in leveraging cloud-based data analytics platforms such as AWS serverless architecture in Lambda on AWS DynamoDB, EMR, Data Lakes
- Prior experience building large-scale enterprise data pipelines using commercial or open-source Big Data or NoSQL platforms.
- Data Integration, quality, migration, visualization experience with tools such as PowerCenter, SSIS, ETL development, Informatica Data Quality etc.
