About the role:
We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our Brisbane professional consulting team. This role will be working within an established team directly with a key government client.
You will provide a range of effective support services to the Program Director/area but not limited to the collation of agenda items, documentation of minutes and recording of actions as well as arranging meetings/workshops and distribution of materials to committees, project control and working groups and meetings.
You will assist by providing supporting services the successful delivery and completion of projects across the program within resourcing, timeline, and budget parameters, whilst adhering to relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
About you:
- Basic project management skills, able to support project managers in the planning, tracking and reporting of projects
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects using industry accepted project a management methodologies framework such as PRINCE 2 and Agile
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the implementation and management of governance processes for projects
- Ability to use high level interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, and communication skills appropriate to all stakeholders to create a strong client focus
- Highly developed oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple multi-disciplinary project teams
- Ability to work in a team environment and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders
