About the role:
 
As the Global Mobility (GM) Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping our people grow their careers and bring their international aspirations to life. You will help facilitate seamless transitions and enriching experiences for people seeking international opportunities into and out of Australia.
  
Working closely with business leaders and assignees across all levels, you will plan, coordinate, and manage GM assignments to ensure the successful delivery of both operational business objectives and personal growth outcomes, whilst contributing to a positive employee experience for our people.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global team, foster a culture of inclusivity and support, and bridge stakeholders and colleagues across the end-to-end GM lifecycle. You will provide guidance on all matters related to GM, reaffirming your position as a trusted advisor within the organisation.

This is a Part Time opportunity offering 0.6 x F/T or 3 days per week.

About you:

    • Previous experience in a P&C, Global Mobility or Australian Immigration role in a global or complex organisation
    • Strong understanding of relevant Australian Immigration and Tax Legislation
    • Good level of skill and experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrate a strong service orientation, delivering as exceptional customer service to internal business stakeholders and assignees
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to gain trust and confidence as an advisor
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail with a proactive process improvement and service delivery mindset and logical approach to problem solving
