Array Labs is launching a constellation of formation-flying radar satellites, enabling higher resolution, wider area imaging and instant 3D data capture which will power the first highly accurate, real-time, 3D model of the Earth.

Our next-generation sensing technology will directly enable breakthroughs in climate science, autonomy, defense, and disaster response.

We are Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in strategic development, ideally within the space sectors, defense, or tech related fields. This role requires an expert communicator and creative storyteller who can craft compelling ideas, pitch decks, and help define marketing positioning. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments, has hands-on experience with social campaigns, and go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers.

Responsibilities:

    • Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to better understand the market and identify opportunities for Array Labs
    • Defining product requirements and goals while operating within constraints from engineering, design, and Array Lab's business
    • Monitoring competitive developments and industry trends to guide Array Lab's market approach

Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications w/ 3-5 years of industry related experience
    • Significant product marketing and strategic development experience
    • Expert grasp of related fields (defense tech or space related field)
    • Ability to create concise pitch decks / presentations and steer processes
    • Strong ability to define positioning and messaging along with product marketing materials
    • Experience in paid social
    • Creative Storytelling


Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Experience working in a startup environment
    • Understanding of competitive brands and markets
    • Experience in Trade shows

ITAR Requirements:

    • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

$150,000 - $250,000 a year
Interview Process
Candidates can expect 2–4 weeks of interviews including Zoom and on-site technical discussions.
