Who We Want
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to HR and office administrative functions, requiring a versatile individual capable of effectively managing diverse responsibilities. The Employee Success Generalist will ensure efficient office operations by providing administrative support and handling various tasks to facilitate a productive work environment. This role will be tasked with managing employee information and records, coordinating employee benefits, maintaining HR systems and databases, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

What You’ll Do

    • Serve as a point of contact for daily questions on policies, time off requests, benefits, and any other questions from our employee population.
    • Escalate issues to business partners and assist with Employee Relations concerns as needed.
    • Review, revise, and update department policies as necessary.
    • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, processing employee documentation like employment contracts and new hire files.
    • Support HR team in various tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
    • Manage onboarding binder and orientation for new hires. Communicate office policies and procedures with employees and newcomers.
    • Manage and oversee the HRIS software of the organization, ensuring it is up-to-date.
    • Partner with the Business Partner and Operations team as needed for projects and annual initiatives like performance reviews, engagement surveys, etc.
    • Maintains and updates Workday and Docusign, including employee personnel files, as needed.
    • Draft, facilitate, and follow up on disciplinary actions, including performance plans, employee warnings, and terminations.
    • Responsible for updating and maintaining the department documents and other sensitive and confidential employee-related information.
    • Create, distribute, track and process offer letters for position and compensation changes.
    • Proactively identifies process inefficiencies and inconsistencies; collaborates on process improvements that enhance the employee’s and/or manager’s experience.
    • Plan and execute office events, including happy hours and holiday parties.
    • Lead internal culture initiatives that promote a first-rate employee experience.
    • Communicate company-wide updates via email, including event details & approaching deadlines.
    • Operate as the first point of contact when people come to the office - serve as a brand ambassador for both external and internal needs.
    • Coordinate maintenance requests with building staff.
    • Works with the Marketing team to highlight photos from past events internally and externally.
    • Track office supply inventory and order supplies when needed.
    • Maintain effective utilization of system office equipment, supplies, and vendors.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for general questions and office-related problem-solving.
    • Collaborates with office management staff across locations to create cohesive engagement initiatives across locations.
    • Partner with our Facilities staff to resolve onsite problems including maintenance, building security, Market replenishment, seating moves, office organization/cleanliness, and Office Space Software management. 
    • Ensure all office deliveries are received by our employees, including lunches and packages.

Qualifications

    • 0-3 years of Human Resources, or Administrative related experience. 
    • A University Degree in Human Resources preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
    • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
    • High professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information. 
    • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations
