ARSIEM is looking for a Python Software Engineer. This position will support one of our government clients in Laurel, MD.
Responsibilities
- Perfomr full-stack software development.
- Manage the existing products, making enhancements or repairs as needed.
- Support missions throughout the world covering a variety of subjects.
- Work in a highly collaborative, integrated environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
- An Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience related to the position.
- Computer Science (CS) degree or related field
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Strong Python/object-oriented skills, developing software in a Linux environment
- Experience in full stack development, web frameworks, Javascript, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience utilizing/developing with Splunk
- Cybersecurity background/experience
- Experience utilizing java script/angular or similar
- Scripting (Perl, Bash) experience
- Experience utilizing machine learning techniques
- Full stack development
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Experience working with Enterprise Data services
Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
