ARSIEM is currently looking for a CNO Developer. The position will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

Responsibilities

    • Develop Windows components and capabilities
    • Develop new and maintain/enhance existing dataflow plugins

Minimum Qualifications

    • 1+ (SD1) or 6+ (SD2) years experience developing software solutions in Java
    • Solid grasp of CNO concepts
    • Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features 
    • Write or review software and system documentation 

    • Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer II
    • Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience or eight (8) years of  experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
    • Minimum six (6) years of  experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
    • Minimum five (5) years of  experience developing in one (1) or more of the following: Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
    • Minimum two (2) years of  experience in network sockets programming, including developing packet-level programs, expert-level understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols
    • Able to lead CNO Analyst/Programmers in daily tasks
    • Able to debug software and troubleshoot issues
    • Able to create and brief technical presentations

    • Labor Category Requirements: Software Developer II
    • Minimum eight (6) years of  experience programming with object-oriented programming languages
    • Minimum five (4) years of  experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (4) years of  experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
    • Experience developing complex programs using C, C#, C++, Java, or other comparable languages
    • Minimum two (2) leading projects that develop complex software, ensuring a collaborative environment and configuration management
    • Experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)
Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
