ARSIEM is looking for a CNO Developer to develop modules for a CNO framework. This position will support one of our government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities

    • Create modules for a cross-platform framework. 
    • Design, develop, test, and maintain this framework across multiple platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

    • 1+ (CAP1), 6+ (CAP2), or 8+ (CAP3) years of experience programming in C/C++ or similiar and Python
    • In-depth understanding of network protocols
    • In-depth understanding of OS internals
    • Experience with IDA Pro, Ghidra, or similar binary analysis is a must
    • Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts
    • Knowledge of common CNO techniques 
    • Ability to gather requirements and design a solution with minimal oversight
    • Ability to present a development plan and forecast deliverables

    • Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer I
    • Minimum five (5) years experience in a commercial or academic field of computer science, information systems, or network engineering
    • Minimum one (I) year of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
    • Minimum one (1) year experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum one (1) year experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
    • Familiarity with software version control tools (i.e., Subversion, CVS, etc.), D Able to debug software and troubleshoot issues

    • Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer II
    • Minimum eight (8) years experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
    • Minimum six (6) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, and Python
    • Minimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.

    • Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer III
    • Minimum ten (10) years OF experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
    • Minimum eight (8) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, and Python
    • Minimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
