About Us: Artera is an AI startup that develops medical artificial intelligence tests to personalize therapy for cancer patients. Artera is on a mission to personalize medical decisions for patients and physicians on a global scale.
We’re looking for an experienced Contract Technical Sourcer to help us identify and engage exceptional talent across engineering, AI/ML, and related technical roles. You’ll focus exclusively on sourcing high-quality candidates and building strong top-of-funnel pipelines. This role starts with a 2-week trial period to assess fit and results, with the potential for several months of continued work.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and target candidate profiles.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Deliver high-quality, well-vetted candidate lists to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Track outreach activity and pipeline progress in the ATS.
- Share market insights and sourcing strategies to refine search parameters.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing for engineering, AI/ML, or related roles.
- Expert-level Boolean search skills and creative sourcing methods.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS platform Lever.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.
Contract Details:
- Trial Period: 2 weeks to assess performance and mutual fit.
- Potential Extension: Several months based on hiring needs and results.
- Hours: Flexible, ~20–30 hours/week.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
- Location: Remote (US preferred).
$80 - $160 an hour
Competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other factors to be discussed during the interview process.
