Artera is currently seeking a Clinical Operations Strategy Lead with exceptional communication skills to join the team. This role can be Remote or based in San Francisco.
What you will do
- Design and execute strategies to coordinate clinical distribution, support external development partners, and to plan for customer success
- Work with the Product, Engineering, and Clinical Development teams to coordinate product deployment
- Manage the distribution relationships and day-to-day coordination with providers during pilot clinical projects
- Drive resolution of operational and system matters impacting on-time delivery
- Help set up framework of procedures and policies for Artera’s CLIA lab as it pertains to submitting/processing samples and delivering reports
- This is a player/coach role with equal parts individual contributions, strategy definition, and leadership.
- Help as needed during planning for reimbursement and regulatory efforts
Skills & Qualifications
- Clinical background and familiarity with health care
- Demonstrated success in the development and execution of strategies for integrating healthcare innovation into standard clinical workflow
- Knowledge of reimbursement mechanisms
- Management and organizational skills to build a high-functioning team of both internal employees and external consultants
- Ability to develop and present strategies that demonstrate the utility of Artera’s products
- Has experience managing a team of 5+
