Artera is currently seeking a Pathology Medical Director with a clinical oncology and research background and exceptional communication skills to join the team. This role can be Remote or based in San Francisco.
What you will do
- Contribute to strategies to coordinate clinical distribution of our biomarkers
- Work with the Engineering and Commercial teams to coordinate product deployment
- Manage the distribution relationships and day-to-day coordination with providers during pilot distribution initiatives
- Drive resolution of operational and system matters impacting on-time delivery
- Help set up Artera’s CLIA lab SOPs and build team communication
Skills & Qualifications
- Medical practitioner required, MD preferred
- Board certification in pathology
- Record of research success in academia or industry, as demonstrated by publications or similar output
- Demonstrated success in the development and execution of strategies for integrating biomarker assays into standard clinical workflow is preferred
- Knowledge of reimbursement mechanisms
- Knowledge of CLIA and FDA regulations
- Ability to develop and present strategies that demonstrate the utility of Artera’s products
