The Sr Business Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis and design of business processes and systems. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, including departments, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure that business needs are accurately captured, understood, and translated into effective solutions. The Sr Business Analyst will gather requirements, lead projects, and ensure the successful delivery of business initiatives.

What You'll do:

    • Translate business capability needs into execution ready work for an Agile team; that is, define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog of work for the team to work on.  This will be done by developing user stories/process flows to support the design and development of the solution.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and align with our desired technical architecture.
    • Build and manage the team’s enhancement backlog through discussions with IT and our cross-functional stakeholders. Facilitate discussions around making tradeoffs to maximize value.
    • Lead and manage projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
    • As needed perform analysis and leverage data to analyze an issue to verify the correct issue/pain point is being addressed
    • Act as voice of the stakeholder; have a deep understanding of and anticipate and proactively seek customer feedback ensuring needs and requirements are clearly defined; ensure teamwork product meets defined acceptance criteria.

What You'll Need:

    • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior role
    • 2+ Salesforce domain experience.
    • Experience in delivering feature/functionality in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
    • Experience in leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong communication skills; ability to facilitate technical conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders, partners, and users.

    • Ability to communicate thoughts, concepts, practices effectively at all levels, adjusting as needed to a target audience.

$94,200 - $141,400 a year
The pay range for this position is $94,200 to $141,400 for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
