Articulate is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered learning experiences. In this role, you’ll shape the future of how learners engage with training content through intelligent, adaptive, and impactful product experiences. You’ll operate at the intersection of pedagogy, product innovation, and AI —delivering features that enhance learning outcomes at scale.

As a Senior Product Manager at Articulate, you’ll help define what’s next in the world of AI-powered learning. You’ll join a passionate team working to create meaningful, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences that help people around the world unlock their potential!
What You'll Do:
- Drive AI Strategy for Learning Impact: Transform high-level strategic goals into a roadmap for learner-facing AI capabilities—such as personalized learning paths, adaptive feedback, and intelligent scenarios and role play tools.
- Lead Continuous Discovery: Champion ongoing discovery efforts to uncover learner needs and validate assumptions. Use customer insights, behavioral data, market trends, and generative AI capabilities to guide product direction.
- Create AI-Powered Learning Journeys: Design features that elevate learning efficacy—leveraging AI to tailor experiences based on context, learner behavior, and goals.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work cross-functionally with product design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer support to bring high-quality media features to market.
- Measure and Optimize Learning Outcomes: Establish key metrics for engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes. Continuously optimize based on qualitative feedback and quantitative signals.
- Own Communication: Clearly articulate the product vision, progress, and learning impact to stakeholders at all levels—from teams to executives. Inspire others with clear storytelling and crisp execution.
What You Should Have:
- 8+ years in product management, with significant experience in B2B SaaS or EdTech.
- Proven success delivering large-scale user-facing products with measurable impact.
- Hands-on experience working with AI technologiesDeep understanding of learning science, instructional design, or learner psychology.
- Comfort with continuous discovery methods—interviewing users, running experiments, validating ideas early.
- Strong analytical skills—capable of interpreting behavioral data and measuring learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability; experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Track record of leading cross-functional product teams to deliver high-impact experiences.
Nice to Haves:
- Background in learning experience design or as a former educator or trainer.
- Experience launching or scaling AI-powered features in a production environment.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices in learner-facing applications.
$154,600 - $232,000 a year
The pay range for this position is $154,600 to $232,000 for all U.S. locations. This range reflects the minimum and maximum amounts we believe in good faith, at the time of this posting, are appropriate for this role. Actual compensation may vary, subject to future adjustment as needed. Articulate considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. This position is also bonus eligible. This position is eligible for Articulate’s robust suite of benefits which are detailed here.

This is a US-based role and can be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States. Occasional travel for company events may be required. Employees must physically reside and work within the US throughout their employment and must immediately notify Articulate of any change of address.
