Denver, CO - As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure campaign delivery within defined timelines and scopes.  This role is right for you if you have an innate entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, are naturally curious, have a deep passion for the consumer and understand how the small details impact the big picture.

Job Responsibilities

    • Campaign Planning and Strategy
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop project plans aligned with overall marketing strategy and goals, including defining scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
    • Develop the marketing calendar with the Integrated Marketing Director, outlining daily communications and messaging hierarchy.
    • Support the integrated marketing team by conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and generate innovative campaign ideas.

    • Campaign Execution
    • Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
    • Work with channel owners to create tactical briefs guiding effective campaign execution, while maintaining quality and consistency of marketing materials.
    • Conduct brief review meetings to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders.

    • Performance Evaluation and Analysis
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather performance data and insights for future campaign improvements.
    • Conduct campaign recap analysis and meetings to identify areas for optimization and implement learnings into future campaigns.

Qualifications

    • 3-4 years of experience in marketing project management.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering D2C marketing campaigns.
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
    • Understanding of basic marketing channel executions and deliverablesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with resource management or resource planning.
    • Proficiency in Asana, Atlassian Confluence, Looker and Google Suite.
    • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
    • Driven by curiosity and clarity.
$75,000 - $90,000 a year
