OMHC Practice Manager

How many years do you have in overseeing the daily operations of an outpatient mental health clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient administrative processes. Example
Do you have experience in training, and performance evaluation of clinical and administrative personnel to maintain a skilled and motivated team? Example
Do you have experience in healthcare regulations and billing practices ensures accurate financial management and adherence to legal requirements. Familiarity with EHR systems and data analytics supports ? If so How many and give an example
Do you have Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare practice management, preferably within mental health services. Are a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
Do you have at least 3 years experience in Collaborate with healthcare providers to support clinical programs, quality improvement initiatives, and patient care strategies.
Depending on experience the salary rang is $61000 to $64000.00 is this an acceptable range for you?
