Measure, maximize, and communicate the tangible value that ASAPP’s platform delivers to client base, while focusing on nurturing positive and productive relationships with senior client stakeholders. Use quantitative and strategic approaches and tools to understand how ASAPP and artificial intelligence technology can transform the way our clients intelligently engage with customers. Manage growth of top accounts through demonstrated deployment success. Develop and build comprehensive framework to assess ASAPP product’s value-add to clients in the US and Europe; develop dashboards, statistical models, and other tools for the framework, which systematically highlight how much value the product adds to each client. Develop a playbook for client engagement around success reporting and business case expansion. Build relationships with client stakeholders in the US and Europe to ensure ASAPP is fulfilling and helping to redefine strategic business imperatives. Maintain ASAPP’s foothold in key accounts, grow revenue, and take the lead in identifying and selling clients on new areas for ASAPP expansion. Support business case development for US and European clients prospects and analyze and document past ASAPP deployment success.

Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business, International Affairs,
Economics, Finance or a closely related discipline. Four (4) years of experience in managing and delivering data analysis projects through to successful completion. Prior work experience must include: Three (3) years of experience coding custom macros in Microsoft Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automation of reports. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Reporting, analytics, and enterprise technology management; Performing data and statistical analyses using SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau; Development of functional and technical requirements for the integration of third party platforms into an enterprise technology environment, and management of a global technical and analytical staff for implementation; Directly troubleshooting technology systems and providing support to end-business users; and Managing contracts and relationships with technology vendors. Must have one (1) year of experience with: Financial modeling; and Quantitative finance. Must be willing to travel up to 50% (including both domestic and international travel).
