We are seeking a Head of Information Technology Services that will report to the Chief Security & Trust Officer and will develop and implement a strategic and tactical Corporate Technology program that meets the requirements of ASAPP's current enterprise and ongoing operational growth initiatives. This role’s mission is to architect, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions in the enterprise that support ASAPP's overall mission and leverage its people and technology for maximum benefit.

What you'll do

    • Oversee and manage the entire IT organization, software, hardware, and business applications portfolio to enable the ASAPP business to scale and thrive
    • Lead, operate, and develop the following functional areas: Corporate Systems Engineering, SaaS Systems Engineering, Enterprise Service Desk, Identity & Access Management
    • Collaborate with lines of business leaders to assist them in their forward momentum through automation and SaaS systems leverage
    • Join the department leadership team and partner closely with the Head of Security Engineering & Architecture and Head of Security Assurance to ensure alignment with both company security and compliance objectives
    • Build, mentor, lead and inspire a team of experts who will implement solutions and manage global infrastructure to maximize employee productivity, engagement, and security

What you'll need

    • 10+ years enterprise IT software, hardware, systems, automation, SaaS application management, and network management
    • 5+ years managing small to medium teams and vendor relationships to success
    • Strong commitment to customer-enablement through technology leverage, automation, and a service oriented approach to enrich employee experience
    • Significant cloud-forward design and implementation experience across major SaaS, IaaS, PaaS environments
    • Solid understanding of networking and hardware - switches, routers, firewalls, wifi infrastructure
    • Strong security skills and understanding/operation of corporate security controls
    • Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning/execution
    • Knowledge of IT frameworks and maturity models
    • Innate management skills with leadership vision
    • Strategic long(er) term thinking with applied tactical execution to get stuff done
    • Impeccable communication ability and skills to drive momentum and change
