We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team in our mission to be the best delivery app in Texas. This role will serve as a strategic partner for our Executive team and reaches almost every team at Favor.

You must be an excellent motivator and have experience in inspiring teams toward a common goal. You are also not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in when necessary to help the team achieve their goals. We are looking for someone who is empathetic and passionate about providing great experiences and can drive results and change across the company.

What you’ll do:

    • Ensure executive, high-level, and strategic initiatives align with the company's vision and mission
    • Support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive team in developing and driving critical projects and initiatives across the whole company
    • Collaborate with Executive and Leadership teams to create objectives and key results (OKRs) and a system that translates our strategy into actionable goals and objectives to drive cross-functional impact for our financial model
    • With a focus on messaging and impact, organize and run key meetings including company-wide town halls, Favor Future (our quarterly business update), monthly operating reviews, strategic offsites, board meetings, and Executive and Leadership team meetings
    • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize the company’s productivity by removing bottlenecks and streamlining decision-making processes
    • Lead the improvement of company-wide communications and share key information and goals with relevant stakeholders
    • Work with the People Operations team (HR) to improve our company engagement by zeroing in on areas of opportunity and investment
    • Assist HR with performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
    • Conduct research and analysis to help support key strategic investments
    • Be the main point of contact on behalf of the CEO and Executive team for special projects that help drive growth and future market share 
    • Handle highly-sensitive data (Board of Directors materials, compensation data, schedules, etc.) and maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Skills you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master of Business Administration preferred)
    • 7+ years experience in program management, management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a related field
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
    • Self-motivation and the ability to execute without close supervision
    • Ability to build strong rapport with peers and leadership 
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented disposition
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Ability to build trust and relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
    • Have a growth mindset to figure out what can be done in various situations
