The CRM Manager at Favor is responsible for creating campaigns that drive best-in-class retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate will balance marketing, analytical thinking, and program execution in our fast-paced environment. What you’ll do:

    • Own, evolve, and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing programs related to loyalty and subscription programs, improving frequency and retention among active customers and preventing churn
    • Own the planning, creation, execution, and continual optimization of email, push, and in-app marketing campaigns across active customer segments
    • Plan and align CRM promotions with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operational Support, Finance, Business Analytics, and Sales teams
    • Balance the operational complexities of our on-demand business, including overcommunicating cross-functionally and formulating many campaigns/strategies to address all possible business scenarios
    • Use data analytics to produce insights that drive decision making and grow the business
    • Develop robust A/B testing plans that measure the impact of campaign optimizations in both funnel efficiency and incrementality
    • Make sound decisions in the absence of concrete testing data
    • Focus intensely on quantitative analysis and analytics, including dashboards, reporting, and insights
    • Partner effectively with the Marketing Operations team to prioritize projects, ensure campaign functionality aligns with strategy, troubleshoot issues, and report on performance
    • Align CRM and lifecycle efforts with the Acquisition and Media team to ensure a cohesive full-funnel journey for customers
    • Partner with the Creative and Brand team to brief creative asset requests and ensure copy, messaging, and design are aligned with campaign objectives
    • Work closely with the Product team to ensure alignment on CRM business needs and upcoming product improvements
    • Develop and implement strategy on when to effectively use both promotional and non-promotional messaging to drive active customer engagement
    • Use third-party CRM and analytics tools to track and report on the success of campaigns

Skills you have:

    • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience 
    • 5+ years of marketing or CRM experience
    • Demonstrated success in implementing loyalty, CRM, and automation marketing programs and processes
    • Advanced experience with CRM tools for campaign management, emails, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc. 
    • Technical knowledge of software and data visualization tools such as Braze, Branch, and Looker
    • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to monitor, interpret, and report on data to help build cohesive marketing programs
    • Experience in technology/consumer apps is a plus
