Business Operations Analyst

We are looking for a results-driven Business Operations Analyst to join our Bill Negotiation team. This role will own key strategic and operational projects, and will be empowered to use data driven decisions to help scale our business through its next phase of growth.
This is a remote consultant contract role, based out of the Philippines, and reports to the Director of Revenue Operations.
In this role you will...
+ Develop subject matter expertise in the Bill Negotiation business, becoming a product and process owner
+ Identify opportunities to drive growth and efficiency across the Bill negotiation business
+ Investigate and solve unique business cases using SQL queries to analyze data, and understand operational nuances
+ Design creative and iterative solutions to address the Bill Negotiation team’s operational challenges
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows impacting both internal stakeholders (agents, stakeholders) and external customers (Trim’s users and B2B clients)

+ An ownership mentality, and have a proven track record of shepherding projects over the finish line
+ Expert SQL skills
+ A creative mindset, and high degree of business acumen and professionalism
+ At least 3 years experience in project/program management, business operations, or customer care
+ Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments
+ Professional experience in data modeling & analysis, including BI visualization tools such as Periscope
+ 2 years of experience working with or within the BPO industry
+ Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong American English proficiency
+ Demonstrated experience in managing change through other people
