We are looking to grow the team with like-minded people who believe in working relentlessly every single day to build your pipeline, as well as improving your understanding of our industry and the needs of your clients. You are motivated not only by meeting your quotas, but by opportunities to think strategically, act analytically and pair sales empathy with self-directed action.

Responsibilities

    • Own all aspects of your pipeline (pitching, follow ups, negotiation and customer success handoff)
    • Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Self prospect to supplement SDR meetings
    • Assess customers needs and consult on the best use cases for Wonder
    • “Go the extra mile” to hit quota
    • Gain knowledge in a wide variety of different verticals as we test new markets

Qualifications

    • Super passionate about what we’re building 
    • 2+ years proven experience (and leveling up) in a sales executive role at a SaaS (or similar type) company 
    • Track record of over-achieving sales quota 
    • Sales oriented with a high EQ 
    • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and solve problems, sometimes the hard way 
    • You live and breathe consultative sales, know all the standard pain points, and have a strong interest in solving them 
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to relay data-centric reports to multiple stakeholders 
    • Embrace the nature of a start-up. We work hard and we have a great time. 9-5’ers need not apply

$140K – $160K · 0.02% – 0.05%
