Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is looking for well-spoken, energetic Appointment Setters from all industries to explain our products and services to homeowners who are visiting stores and attending events throughout the area. We have the best training in the industry and will have you prepared to do the job regardless of experience. Whether you’ve worked for the Military, Solar, Retail Services, Fast Food, or are just looking for a change of pace, we encourage you to apply! Who doesn’t enjoy part time hours with full time pay? Appointment Setters travel to and from events with setup items, so reliable transportation is required. This is primarily a weekend role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Drive Renewal by Andersen brand awareness by setting up and attending in-person events, festivals, fairs, and at retail stores across Southern Nevada.
- Having conversations with potential customers about their window and door problems.
- Setting appointments with potential customers to meet with one of our project consultants.
- Meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and quality goals within system guidelines
- Having fun!

$25 - $30 an hour
$20/hr base pay + bonuses. Average pay range is $25-30/hr
