This exciting job takes place at different fairs, festivals, community events and retail locations throughout the Phoenix area. Experience all the beauty that the Phoenix has to offer while working in a fun yet challenging environment. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness though face to face interactions with prospective customers. This is primarily a weekend role.
We are the largest window manufacturer in North America and still growing rapidly. We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and eager individuals who want to take time learning new skills or start a career with unlimited opportunities on a part-time basis.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Drive Renewal by Andersen brand awareness by setting up and attending in-person events, festivals, fairs, and at retail stores across the Phoenix Area.
- Having conversations with potential customers about their window and door problems.
- Setting appointments with potential customers to meet with one of our project consultants.
- Meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and quality goals within system guidelines
- Having fun!

$25 - $30 an hour
$20/hr base pay + bonuses. Average pay range is $25-30/hr
