As Director of Product for our Credit Card vertical, you’ll have a rare opportunity to build consumer software products that truly make a difference in the world.  Leveraging industry standard data, proprietary first party data and an amazing data science team you will bring innovative and customer centric credit products to market.

What You'll Do

    • Own the product vision, strategy, KPIs and roadmap for our credit products
    • Build a team of thoughtful, entrepreneurial and customer obsessed product managers
    • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative credit products and features
    • Analyze qualitative and quantitative research to identify, prioritize and iterate on product opportunities across the banking portfolio
    • Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle with a team of world-class designers and engineers
    • Ensure that Aspiration customers have a remarkably intuitive, helpful and reliable experience managing their finances

What You'll Bring

    • 7+ years of product development experience with at least 3+ years leading a product development team
    • Experience building consumer credit financial products
    • Strong desire to understand and revolutionize the financial industry
    • Proven ability to create high quality, high impact experiences with considered haste
    • Ability to lead in a collaborative team environment
    • A primal obsession with our customer’s financial success
    • Startup/tech company experience a plus
